Placing Orders: To place an order please call us at 513-617-7575. If we are not available to take your call, please feel free to leave your order information and telephone number on our recorder. We will place the order and follow up with an email or phone call as confirmation. Or if you prefer, just leave your name and telephone number and we’ll call you back once we return to the office.
Shipping: Shipping is FREE in the continental US when ordering SportRaxx manufactured sport racks. All products are shipped via Fed Ex Ground transportation.
Event & Race Management Products including Finish Line Tower Structure 1 and 2 as well as the Event Backdrop and Event Sign Stands are not included in the free shipping program due to a wide variance in shipping costs. Additional shipping charges will be added to your order for these products.
For shipping charges to areas outside of the continental USA, or if ordering products not included in our free shipping program, please feel free to contact us for shipping estimates. We'll only charge you what we are charged by the carrier.
Ohio Sales Tax: All orders shipped to Ohio addresses are subject to sales tax of varying amounts depending on the county shipped to.
Order Confirmations: Once your order has shipped we will email or call you with the tracking numbers and estimated arrival date.
One year Limited Warranty applies to all Sportraxx By Simpson manufactured products.
Return Policy: Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your rack for any reason, call us for an Return Authoriaztion number prior to shipping and return it to us within 30 days of the customer invoice date. Returns without a valid RA will be refused. Any item that shows significant use or has been altered will be refused. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Also, any product believed to be defective may be returned to SportRaxx By Simpson Inc. for inspection.
Return Authorization must be obtained from SportRaxx By Simpson Inc. in advance. Any returns without an authorization number will be refused. If an item is found to be defective upon inspection by SportRaxx By Simpson, Sportraxx By Simpson will repair or replace the defective article at its discretion without charge.
Liability Disclaimer: Products must be correctly installed using the manufacturers instructions and guidelines. Products are to be used for their intended use and weight limitation guidelines must be followed. Securing of loads is the responsibility of the owner/user. The manufacturer is not responsible for accidents or damage due to incorrect installation or improper use of product. Acceptance of product constitutes your agreement to these terms.
